- Conduct market survey, prepare marketing strategy; competitor analysis; and innovative idea of promoting the product and services.
- Plan marketing and branding objectives
- Promote certification and training services through electronic media, social media, field visits or any other suitable methods.
- Introducing & implementing marketing strategies to establish a successful marketing platform.
- Create and nourish own market from experience and must be result oriented.
- Maintain strong business relationship with clients.
- Strong Knowledge of Product Promotion, Customer Management Principles and Practices.
- Identify & Plan for approach strategy for prospective client & target segment.
- Ability to team playing to grab the market.
- Responsible to achieve monthly & yearly target.
- Ensure customer satisfaction & provide excellent customer service.
- Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.
- Candidates should have Master’s any Discipline/MBA.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, marketing, NGO, and customer relationship.
- Age 28 to 40 years.

- Must be expert on MS office and email.
- Must be proactive, hardworking, self-motivated, target oriented and ability to work under pressure.
- Preference will be given for experience in service-related work.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of responsibilities.
