We are looking for a skilled, disciplined, and experienced Commis Chef to support food preparation and kitchen operations. The role involves preparing ingredients, assisting senior chefs, following recipes and food-safety procedures, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring consistent food quality.

1. Assist senior chefs with daily food preparation and cooking activities.
2. Wash, cut, peel, measure, and prepare ingredients according to instructions.
3. Prepare basic dishes and food components using approved recipes.
4. Follow portion-control and food-presentation standards.
5. Store, label, and rotate food items according to food-safety procedures.
6. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
7. Follow safe knife-handling, cooking, and kitchen-equipment procedures.
8. Check ingredients for freshness and report quality problems to the supervisor.
9. Support stock checking, receiving, storage, and waste-control activities.
10. Follow instructions from the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Head Chef.
11. Coordinate with other kitchen employees during busy service periods.
12. Perform other kitchen duties according to operational requirements.
13. Willingness to work 8 to 10-hour shifts, depending on the company’s policy.

1. Must have at least one year of relevant kitchen experience.
2. Must have functional English speaking, listening, and understanding skills.
3. Minimum required English proficiency level is 50%.
4. Must understand basic food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and safety procedures.
5. Must be physically capable of standing and working in a busy kitchen environment.
6. Must be able to work under pressure and follow instructions accurately.
7. Must be willing to work in any city in Saudi Arabia.
8. Must maintain personal hygiene and a professional appearance.
9. Valid Passport (minimum 1-year validity).
10. Good English communication skills (Reading & Writing).
11. Must pass SVP test after selection for visa application.
12. Minimum contract period: 2 years (renewable upon mutual agreement)
13. Candidates previously block listed in Saudi Arabia are not eligible.
14. Candidates with previous GAMCA medical unfit status are not allowed.
15. Candidates must not have any visible marks, scars, or spots on the face or hands.
16. Selected candidates are required to maintain a clean-shaven appearance.
