2. Job Processing Timeline

The overseas recruitment process involves 9 stages, with an estimated duration of 30–60 days, subject to:
  • Government processing delays (BMET, MOFA, Saudi Embassy).
  • External factors (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, diplomatic changes).

Stages Overview

  1. Candidate Sourcing – Employer shortlisting based on skills/demand.
  2. Medical Test – Conducted at authorized centers.
  3. MOFA Submission – Online visa application via Saudi Ministry.
  4. Biometric & Police Clearance – Identity/background verification.
  5. SVP Certificate – Saudi Visa Processing approval.
  6. Visa Stamping – Embassy endorsement.
  7. BMET Training & Fingerprint – Mandatory government orientation.
  8. Manpower Clearance – Final approval from Bangladesh.
  9. Ticket Booking – Flight arrangements by BhcJobs.com.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

A. Approved Fees

  • Candidates pay only government-mandated fees (pre-approved by Bangladesh and Saudi authorities).
  • Payment Methods:
    • Direct deposit to BhcJobs.com’ official bank account.
    • In-person payment at BhcJobs.com offices.

B. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are partial and permitted only if:

  • ✅ Payment was made via BhcJobs.com-approved channels (not third parties).
  • ✅ The candidate completes medical/visa stages but voluntarily withdraws.

Deductions:

  • All non-recoverable government fees (Visa Fees etc.) will be subtracted.

C. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • ❌ Payments to unauthorized agents/third parties.
  • ❌ Visa rejection by Saudi authorities (outside BhcJobs.com’ control).
  • ❌ Failure to complete mandatory steps (e.g., BMET training).

4. Candidate Responsibilities

You must bare cost of:

  • Obtain/renew your passport and police clearance.
  • Attend medical tests and BMET training.
  • Provide accurate documentation; falsified data voids eligibility.
  • Biometric Fingerprint & SVP Certification

BhcJobs.com Covers:

  • Airfare, visa fees, and manpower clearance costs.

5. Agent Obligations

Agents must:

  • Be verified by BhcJobs.com (valid trade license + office inspection).
  • Prohibited Additional Feed – No hidden fees from candidates.
  • Use only BhcJobs.com portal for applications.

Violations may cause permanent ban and legal reporting.

6. Communication

You consent to:

  • Essential notifications (application updates, embassy alerts).
  • Optional marketing emails/SMS (unsubscribe anytime).

7. Liability Disclaimer

BhcJobs.com is not liable for:

  • Visa rejections by Saudi authorities.
  • Employer withdrawal post-approval.
  • Delays caused by force majeure (e.g., pandemics, policy changes).

8. Policy Updates

BhcJobs.com reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in laws, technology, or business practices. Your continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
