We are looking for a physically fit, disciplined, and experienced Kitchen Helper to support daily kitchen operations. The role involves assisting with basic ingredient preparation, washing dishes and equipment, maintaining cleanliness, organizing supplies, and following food-safety and hygiene procedures.

1. Wash, peel, cut, and prepare basic ingredients according to instructions.
2. Assist chefs and cooks with simple food-preparation tasks.
3. Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment properly.
4. Clean and sanitize floors, workstations, storage areas, and equipment.
5. Arrange ingredients, utensils, and kitchen supplies in designated locations.
6. Carry and move food items, equipment, and supplies safely.
7. Dispose of kitchen waste according to hygiene and waste-management procedures.
8. Follow food-safety, personal-hygiene, and cross-contamination prevention procedures.
9. Report damaged equipment, shortages, spills, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
10. Support receiving, storing, labelling, and rotating food supplies when assigned.
11. Work closely with chefs, stewards, and other kitchen team members.
12. Perform other kitchen duties according to operational requirements.
13. Willingness to work 8 to 10-hour shifts, depending on the company’s policy.

1. Must have at least one year of relevant kitchen experience.
2. Must have functional English speaking, listening, and understanding skills.
3. Minimum required English proficiency level is 50%.
4. Must be physically capable of standing, lifting, and working for extended periods.
5. Must understand basic kitchen hygiene and safety procedures.
6. Must be willing to follow instructions and perform different kitchen-support duties.
7. Must maintain personal hygiene and a clean appearance.
8. Must be willing to work in any city in Saudi Arabia.
9. Valid Passport (minimum 1-year validity).
10. Good English communication skills (Reading & Writing).
11. Must pass SVP test after selection for visa application.
12. Minimum contract period: 2 years (renewable upon mutual agreement)
13. Candidates previously block listed in Saudi Arabia are not eligible.
14. Candidates with previous GAMCA medical unfit status are not allowed.
15. Candidates must not have any visible marks, scars, or spots on the face or hands.
16. Selected candidates are required to maintain a clean-shaven appearance.
