We are seeking a skilled Continental Cook to prepare and cook a variety of Continental dishes, including pasta, steaks, baked items, soups, and breakfast specialities. The ideal candidate will have experience working in high-volume kitchens, maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

1. Prepare and cook Continental cuisine, including pasta, steaks, baked dishes, soups, and breakfast items
2. Follow standard recipes and presentation styles as per company guidelines
3. Ensure all meals are cooked and served on time, especially in high-volume settings
4. Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and proper storage according to HACCP standards
5. Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to plan menus and daily production
6. Maintain portion control and avoid wastage
7. Monitor kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues
8. Assist with mise en place and kitchen prep as needed
9. Maintain personal hygiene and professional kitchen behaviour

2. Valid Passport (minimum 1-year validity).
3. Candidates previously block-listed in Saudi Arabia are not eligible.
4. Candidates with previous GAMCA medical unfit status are not allowed.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Gulf returnees will be preferred.
7. Must be experienced.
