We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Man team member to support the daily operations of McDonald’s (RICC) Saudi Arabia. The role involves maintaining restaurant cleanliness, performing basic equipment and facility repairs, handling planned maintenance tasks, and ensuring all interior and exterior areas, equipment, and utilities are well maintained to meet safety and quality standards. The position requires teamwork, initiative, and adherence to maintenance schedules and company guidelines.

1. Assists store management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
2. Calibrate and repair equipment; help in receiving product from delivery truck; and rotate stock appropriately.
3. Maintain a high level of cleanliness; strive to satisfy customers; adhere to high standards; and take initiative.
4. Follow the equipment PM calendar tasks with and without manager supervision.
5. Minor repairs on equipment fixtures, plumbing, electrical carpentry, mechanical and other requests by the store manager with the consultation of maintenance department.
6. Relevant IPM issues raised by the QA team that can be resolved by the maintenance man.
7. Replacement of all lamps (lights) inside & outside the store.
8. Required to keep all restaurant doors and accessories at a well maintained level including door closers.
9. Play Place re-foaming and re-cabling with cable ties and regular maintenance of tightening bolts & etc.
10. All basic Planned Maintenance related to refrigeration units inside the stores and HVAC (cleaning of filter and condenser)

1. Valid Passport (minimum 1-year validity).
2. Basic English communication skills (Speaking & Reading).
3. Must pass SVP test after selection for visa application.
4. Minimum contract period: 2 years (renewable upon mutual agreement)
5. Candidates previously blocklisted in Saudi Arabia are not eligible.
6. Candidates with previous GAMCA medical unfit status are not allowed.
7. Candidates must not have any visible marks, scars, or spots on the face or hands.
8. Trade Test Certificate is a Plus.
