We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms and assigned hotel areas according to required cleanliness and hygiene standards. The role involves cleaning rooms, changing linens, replenishing amenities, reporting maintenance issues, and supporting a comfortable guest experience.

1. Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned hotel areas.
2. Make beds and replace bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, and other linens.
3. Replenish toiletries, drinking water, and other guest-room amenities.
4. Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize rooms according to hotel standards.
5. Inspect rooms and report maintenance problems, damage, or missing items.
6. Handle cleaning chemicals, equipment, and hotel property safely.
7. Respect guest privacy and follow room-access and security procedures.
8. Respond politely to reasonable guest requests and inform the supervisor when assistance is required.
9. Update the status of cleaned rooms according to the hotel’s reporting procedure.
10. Follow lost-and-found procedures for items left by guests.
11. Maintain the cleanliness of service areas, corridors, and housekeeping equipment.
12. Perform other housekeeping duties assigned by the supervisor.
13. Willingness to work 8 to 10-hour shifts, depending on the company’s policy.

1. Must have at least one year of housekeeping or room-attendant experience.
2. Must have functional English speaking, listening, and understanding skills.
3. Minimum required English proficiency level is 50%.
4. Must be honest, disciplined, and attentive to details.
5. Must be physically capable of lifting supplies and working for extended periods.
6. Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance.
7. Must be willing to work in any city in Saudi Arabia.
8. Must follow hotel, company, hygiene, and safety procedures.
